Movement Coaching

Physical and mental health go hand-in-hand; when you work hard to achieve your goals, you are guaranteed to feel great!

Everyone has different reasons for exercising, but I want to make sure that the time you spend working out is enjoyable. If you aren’t enjoying your workouts, it is unlikely that you will continue doing them.

What can a Coach do for you?

A coach will help you get the most out of the time spent working out by providing variety, motivation and accountability as well as helping to educate you on a whole host of things such as nutrition, exercising effectively and preventing injury.

Sessions can be booked on a pay-as-you-go basis, meaning that you are able to have one-off sessions if you just need that extra little push. Alternatively, sessions can be booked in blocks (Coaching Packages), with or without a programme.

Programmes

If you are working towards specific goals, we will work together to build a programme to reach your targets.

Programmes are only included when purchasing Coaching Packages. This can be done via the booking page. Once you have bought your Package, I will be in touch to discuss your programmme.

Online sessions

Working with a coach has never been more convenient! You can have the benefits of a coach without having to leave the house. The online sessions are offered at a reduced rate as I am not be able to spot you and will likely not be able to view you fully, but I will talk you through everything thoroughly and continuously provide cues on form.

Once you have booked, I will be in touch to dicuss your goals for the session(s).
