Cancellations
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with Your Temple Bodywork, it means that I have reserved time in the schedule exclusively for you.
Should you wish to cancel within 48hrs of your appointment a 10% fee is charged, if you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment a 50% fee is charged.
If you miss your apointment with no notice, you will be charged the full amount.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing yourtempleuk@gmail.com or contacting Your Temple Bodywork via Facebook or Instagram.
I will do my best to be accommodating and understanding and each cancellation will be dealt with on an individual basis.
Refunds
Once you have purchased an appointment package, gift certificate or subscription, you can request a refund within the first 14 days providing that you have not attended an appointment. After attending your first appointment I will not be able to offer full refunds.
Any refund requests will be dealt with on an individual basis and refunds will be issued only when deemed appropriate.
Packages
All appointments purchased in packages must be claimed and attended within 3 months of purchase. In certain circumstances (e.g. Covid-19 restrictions), this period may be extended.
Subscriptions
Appointments included in the subcription packages must be used within the allotted timeframe, i.e. appointments included in monthly subcriptions must be used within the month. In special circumstances, appointments may be rolled over to the next month.
Any requests for appointments to be rolled over to the next month will be dealt with on an individual basis.
Please be aware that I am not able to travel to deliver the massage treatment included in the subscription packages so therefore you must be local to the Port Macquarie area.
Cancelling Subscriptions
Subscriptions run on monthly cycles.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any point, but full refunds may not be offered if the subscription cycle has begun (refer to ‘Refunds’ section above).
Once the subscription has been cancelled, any appointments remaining will be honoured and delivered without prejudice.
Unclaimed Appointments
It is imperitive that all appointments are claimed (online and in-person sessions as well as massages) and attended before the next susbcription cycle as the appointments may not be carried over and therefore lost.
I will do my best to send timely reminders, but it remains your responsibility to book your appointments within the subscription cycle.
